On the topic of young boy's attire

I think boys wear their hood inside and outside because when they wear it outside it is okay, but once they get inside the building they forget to take their hood off. They wear their pants hanging down because I guess they have no belt or they want to show their underwear, which is rude. They cut their pants because that's the style.
