10 safety tips all teens should know about webbing

1. Never post personal information about yourself or others
2. Be aware of who most of your friends are that you accept on chat sites
3. Don't be so friendly with everyone you meet
4. Let your parents be aware if you are approched in a harmful way
5. Encourage your friends to not give out personal information
6. Cyberpredators are lookin for ways to lure you into their "trap"
7. Do not put graphic pictures on your page
8. Do not put hate mail on peoples pages
9. Make sure you are familiar with who you are talking to
10. Do not give people ideas about yourself(what you look like, your
surroundings)
Reason Being
You never want to post personal information about yourself because that is and can be harmful to you and the people you hang around. You also wouldn't want to get to personal about you, your surroundings, or where you are at a certain time of day.

Great information. As the mother of two teens, it is a never ending battle teaching them what is correct behavior on the internet.
